Panty Party Review

Panties and video games have gone hand in hand (legs in holes?) since seemingly decades. If Twitter, Reddit, YouTube and many comment sections are to be believed panties may even be the most important part of the games. I mean, why else would you get so angry about them being removed?

Well, you’re in luck fuckos, here is a game that is 100 percent “uncensored” panties with a plot all about the love of panties. Happy now?

Did I mention that all the panties talk, fly, and fight each other with various weapons such as machine guns, rocket launchers, katanas, maces, and magic? The ‘deep plot’ here is that an evil panty known as Panzi wants to all humans into panties. A ‘not evil’ pair of panties runs into a human which she calls “the Warrior of Love” because she is the chosen one to save the humans from being turned into panties. Why? Who cares, it is a game with talking and fighting panties.

The gameplay, I’m sad to report, is not nearly as inventive as the premise of the game. As one of many different pairs of panties players will be flying around the stage performing melee, ranged, and power attacks, as well as going into passion mode that grants bonus stats and abilities for a brief time (pun intended). If you’ve played pretty much any other third person shooter that has come from Japan, you’ll have a good idea of what to expect here: still repetitive combat.

Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your outlook) the whole story mode and a playthrough of arcade mode only took me about an hour and a half. As you’d expect the story is silly, sometimes funny, and other times a little creepy when loli butt is mentioned in one scene. Arcade mode is a series of battles through a branching path with different end sequences to be unlocked depending on where you end up. You can get a bit more mileage out if you feel like playing to unlock all the various panties available. For me, the novelty wore thin pretty quickly and then I was left with a rather generic, clunky shooter that I’ve felt like I’ve played before.

Panty Party is good for a laugh or two at least, and easily recommendable to all the gamers out that just can’t get enough of underage girls’ panties in their games. You’ll get your fill here, minus the girls and anything remote close to nudity or sexual. Just be warned, it gets pretty hard (wink wink, nudge nudge, I MEAN LIKE A PENIS, GET IT GUYS!?) and cheap at times, so don’t be afraid to slap on that easy mode, no one is judging you more than they already are, trust me.
